This 6-floor complex is a combination of R.C. flat slab, beam and slab systems. We used this mixed design because it was economical, fast and easy to construct while providing a high headroom. The results remains aesthetically pleasing. The imposed load design range  from 200 lb/ft² to 400 lb/ft² to cater various types of industrial uses. Perunding Bakti was responsible for civil and structural works. We also supervised the installation of the complex’s rotating biological contactor (RBC) which serves as the complex sewerage plant. The RBC was the first to be installed in Malaysia. It is a Malaysia Resources project.

MetaCorp Zinc Oxide Factory is the first factory located in NegeriSembilan’s Nilai Industrial Estate. The factory also has an office space for its administrative personnel. Perunding Bakti designed and supervised the entire project from initial planning to detailed design in architecture, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical services. The Firm also undertook the project’s supervision implementation in construction management.

Jabatan Parit dan Taliair Workshop Complex consists of a steel-frame workshop, bulk store, sheds for heavy plants / vehicles and a double-storey administration building. This complex is located in Shah Alam, Selangor D.E. Perunding Bakti provided complete engineering services for the project. The Firm designed the architectural, civil, structural, mechnical and electrical aspects,in aditional to selecting the workshop equipment.
