Ooi Choon Ann KMN, PMP
DBsc(Hons) (Civil) (Strathclyde)., MIEM., PEng.

Ooi Choon Ann is the Technical Director since joining
Perunding Bakti in 1997. He is responsible for the planning,
execution and management of projects in civil engineering.

Prior to his engagement at Perunding Bakti, he served in
the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Malaysia holding
the post of :

• Engineer - Krian/Sg. Manik Irrigation Project 1990-1992
• Director of Planning & Evaluation Division 1993-1994
• Director of Coastal Engineering Division 1994-1997

TECHNICAL DIRECTORS
Huah Beng Teck
BSc(Strath), PEng, FIEM

Huah Beng Teck is the Technical Director responsible for
the Firm's electrical engineering practice.

After obtaining his degree in 1973, he worked for 3 years in
planning, operations and maintenance of the radio system
with the telecommunication Departments of Malaysia.

He joined Perunding Bakti in 1977. His supervisory and design experience include electrical engineering services for hotels,
factories, housing projects, high-rise buildings and pumping
stations.

TECHNICAL DIRECTORS
Yii Sui Kui
BSc (NTU), MEng (AIT), PEng., MIEM

Yii Sui Kui is the Technical Director and Chief Structural
Engineer in charge of all aspects of structural design at
the Firm.

After graduating in 1973, he work as a Structural Engineer
at various consulting firm before joining Perunding Bakti in
1980.

His design and supervisory experience include airports,
industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, condominiums, office
buildings, shopping complexes and housing development.
