L. Yoga Chandran is the
Executive Director.
He is fully responsible for the overall performance and development of the firm.
With proven track record in turning around corporate entities and as the principal and owner, he is also fully responsible for the firm's financial health.
His special area of competence cover project planning, design execution and management, including packaging and co-ordinating of multidisciplinary, multinational professional groups.
Ir Yoga, who holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering is listed in the International WHO's WHO of professionals in recognition of his professional excellence and achievements.

Abdul Rahman Yaacob
DipEng(B’ton), MSc(LSU), PEng, FIEM, MACEM
Abdul Rahman Yaacob is one of
the Chairman cum Managing Director. He founded the Firm with
Chiam Teong Tee in 1975. He is responsible for the development of the Firm's
practice in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Encik Rahman was involved in academe and was appointed associate professor in the Department of Agricultural Engineering,
and later Dean of the Faculty at University Pertanian Malaysia in 1974.
He has devoted much of his
time to the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia as its President from 1986 to
1988 and deputy President from 1983 to 1986.

DIRECTOR
Chiam Teong Tee JSM
BE(Mal), MEngSc(NSW), PEng, HonFIEM, CEng,FICE,FASCE,
FIES, MACEM,FBIM
Chiam Teong Tee is one of
the Joint Managing Director. He is responsible for developing the Firm's practice in the fields of civil and structural engineering. He
is highly involved in professional activities and has served as President of the Institution of Engineers,
Malaysia in 1981/82, President of the Federation of Engineering Institution and the Pacific in 1981/1982,
and Chairman of the Government's Engineering Sub-Committee on UBBL since 1986. He has also spent a great deal of his time in the field of
education, and was appointed Dean of the Engineering Faculty
at University Malaya in 1973.
